In this workshop we will be planting up a spooky cemetery scene in a hefty 750ml glass skull bottle, complete with your own little miniature ghostly pals - as well as learning about the incredible little ecosystems that we can create in containers! Each ticket will cover the materials for one terrarium that you’ll take home at the end of class along with a neat handout guiding you through making your own terrariums at home, so feel free to share... or get a few tickets and make one for everyone who could use a little bit of low-maintenance pizazz and planty magic to brighten up their space!

Enjoy the warm, welcoming atmosphere of Bigfoot Taphouse in Downtown Raleigh and learn all about one of my personal favorite plants, the variegated string of hearts, while creating a one-of a kind terrarium in a spooky glass skull!

This class will teach you everything you need to know about these amazing little plants as well as how to create a miniature ecosystem to best suit their needs! Each ticket will cover one terrarium, and all supplies and materials will be included - each terrarium will feature your very own variegated string of hearts and locally sourced moss! While this workshop is slightly more advanced than the usual terrarium-in-a-jar setup, it’s still very beginner friendly - and a little challenge (and maybe a beer or craft cocktail or two) always makes for a good time!
